These Terms of Service describe the rules for using this website and its advertiser and publisher services. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any campaign, placement or payment conditions shown in your account.
1. Account eligibility and responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate account and payment information, keep it current and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact page or account support.
2. What the platform provides
The platform provides tools for advertisers to manage campaigns and for publishers to offer advertising placements. Ad delivery, available demand, traffic volumes, placement approval, campaign results and publisher revenue can vary. No particular number of impressions, conversions, earnings or business outcome is guaranteed.
3. Advertiser responsibilities
- Use advertising content, trademarks and landing pages that you own or are authorized to use.
- Provide truthful offers and clear destination pages, and comply with the rules applicable to your product, audience and campaign.
- Review targeting, budgets, funding requirements and campaign settings before launch.
- Do not submit malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
Campaigns and destination pages may be reviewed, paused or rejected where they create a security, quality or compliance concern.
4. Publisher responsibilities
- Submit only websites or placements that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep website information accurate and place ad code only on approved, suitable pages.
- Provide the notices and permissions required for your own website and advertising integrations.
- Do not generate or encourage artificial impressions, self-clicking, automated clicks, disguised placements or other invalid traffic.
Keep your website secure and do not alter integrations in a way that misrepresents traffic or bypasses platform controls.
5. Acceptable use
Do not access another account without permission, interfere with the service, distribute harmful code, misuse personal information, evade restrictions or use the platform for unlawful activity. Do not misrepresent your identity, website ownership, traffic source or payment entitlement.
6. Funding, balances and payments
Review the rates, currencies, funding instructions, payment methods, withdrawal conditions and applicable charges displayed before making a transaction. Processing can depend on the selected provider, verification and account review. Payment providers may apply their own terms and fees.
Reports and account entries may require reconciliation when duplicate, invalid or disputed activity is identified. Do not assume a pending amount is a completed payment. Contact support with the transaction reference if you believe an account entry is incorrect.
7. Cancellations and payment disputes
Use the available account controls or contact support to request a campaign change, cancellation or review of a charge. Any refund or balance adjustment depends on the transaction, delivered activity, applicable terms and law. These terms do not create an unconditional refund promise or remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in material you submit. You authorize the use of that material as needed to host, review, deliver and report on the campaigns or placements you request. This permission does not transfer ownership. Platform software, interface elements and branding remain subject to the rights of their owners; do not copy or misuse them without permission.
9. Reviews, restrictions and account closure
Access, campaigns or placements may be restricted while a security, traffic-quality, payment or policy issue is investigated. Contact support if you need an explanation or want to challenge a decision. You may request account closure; outstanding transactions, investigations and recordkeeping requirements may still need to be completed.
10. Availability and external services
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside its control. External websites, payment services and third-party tools operate under their own conditions. Review them before using those services. Estimates and reports should be considered alongside the limitations of advertising measurement.
11. Legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a dispute arises, contact our team first with enough information to investigate. Any further rights, remedies or procedures depend on the law and agreement applicable to the dispute.
The service and these terms may change. Review the latest version and the update date shown above, together with any notices delivered through your account.
12. Contact and support
For an account, campaign, placement or payment question, use the Contact page or an account support ticket. Include relevant campaign or transaction references, but never include a password or authentication code.
